Get in the right position for Horizon Europe, EU’s coming program for innovation. With IMCG’s help, you will, as researcher or innovation company, get in the right context for your ideas to make best possible impact on society. “It’s not only about the research funding. IMCG’s method also contributed to higher quality in our research by finding strong consortium partners”, says chemistry professor Kasper Moth-Poulsen.

Researchers and innovation companies wanting to be part of and contribute to the energy transition now have great possibilities to reach results quickly in EU’s new enormous initiatives for climate friendly technology. But it is hard to find your way in a jungle of calls and potential partners.

IMCG has developed a method to position researchers and companies together with the perfect partner to together apply for the perfect call.
The chemistry professor Kasper Moth-Poulsen has hired IMCG for long-term financial planning for his research. He was the first to get to try the new method.

“It is all about finding a good match between possible funding and your own profile. This demands a deep insight into the funding possibilities within the EU-system to be successful. It has been very helpful to have an expert guiding me through the large EU-programs”, says Kasper Moth-Poulsen.

The roadmap is ready
Kasper Moth-Poulsen told the experts within which fields he wants to be active and on what level. Then IMCG’s work started. With a unique insight in which calls that are about to come from the Horizon Europe the experts created a shortlist of the consortia that are most likely to win. IMCG then contacted them and offered them to collaborate with Kasper.
“One of the most important pieces to be successful with your application is to find the right consortium and the right people wo collaborate with”, says Kasper Moth-Poulsen.

IMCG mapped up the researchers of Europe from what Kasper wanted to accomplish and found many high-profile partners who turned out to be very interested to let Kasper be part of their application.

“It is important that the plan is moving in the same beat as the researcher’s intentions, but also with the innovation’s own life. Kasper now has a roadmap that is in tune with his objectives for the innovation development”, says Johan Emanuel, financing

Tinder for EU-projects
Johan Emanuel sees good possibilities to create more collaborations between researchers in Europe with best possible matches.

“The data bases we are working with are like Klondike, but they are enormous so you have to know how it should be used. Our method is a win-win for both our customers and the ones we contact, who often haven’t heard of the calls we have found”, says Johan Emanuel.
