Playful design that saves energy.
IMCG implemented a business model that quickly generated Return On Investment for the innovation project InCharge. InCharge designed fun, new IT products that visualise energy. For example, we created cords that show how electricity flows to create awareness and understanding of energy usage. The project was managed and developed by the Interactive Institute. IMCG pitched to investors and trained researchers on innovation and utilisation. We also selected target customer groups and met with potential stakeholders.
IMCG identified and attracted financially strong investors who invested in the project to enable rapid and large-scale commercialisation.
