Travel Warrior is the competition that rewards innovative ideas for sustainable travel, taking into account the perspectives of the commuter as well as the environment. Disregarding if the ideas concern how to create smarter public transport, innovative fuel systems or simple everyday solutions for the environmentally conscious traveler – all contributions are welcomed.

The first version of Resenärskampen was completed during 2012. Participants could actively liaise with senior decision makers and people with expert knowledge in Gothenburg in order to use them as sounding boards. This was a unique process where young people were able to influence the agenda.

The contest addressed students and researchers at universities and colleges in the region of Västra Götaland.
