Passengers improve public transport.
Making more people choose the train, bus and tram requires new innovation. By using the competition ’Travel Warrior’, new solutions are developed which improve the experience when using of public transport and extend product and service offerings, all the way from door to door. The aim of the competition is to produce a winning idea that can be used in Västtrafik’s business. IMCG invented the competition, built the consortium and leads project coordination and communication in the Travel Warrior project.
Travel Warrior also provides an arena for public debate on the subject of public transport.
Participants are given the opportunity to meet decision-makers from the region, city and industry, and to use them as a sounding board for their own ideas on public transport improvement.
The project was financed by Vinnova and the Västra Götaland region and executed during spring 2014.
