We offer hands-on training that gives you applicable tools and skills
We teach you what we know. Through our courses you can take the next step in building successful projects. We offer practical courses and workshops including tools and digital templates, ready for use in your business. We offer open courses, customized company training and individual coaching.
The training will be held during two half days, with two weeks apart, enabling time for reflection and for an assignment. The training is divided into different modules. Each module includes time for questions and interaction. We will offer not only facts on the day-to-day business of an EU project coordinator, but also present some good and some not so good examples how things can be done. By the end of Training Day 1, the participants will choose topic of interest to get a deeper insight in during Training Day 2.
The training is for a group of 4-6 people and after having participated in the two half days of the training, the participants will be sent a diploma stating that they have been trained as Coordinator for EU projects. IMCG builds the training on the type of coordinator that leads Horizon 2020 project and will lead the coming Horizon Europe project. The training is held by our Innovation Project Manager Ulrika Wahlström.
